Sixteen punch lines across the site now lead with what is true instead of what is denied.
17 article pages · one line each · NOW, NO, NEAR, GATE, Commentary, bio
modified 16 lines across 17 pages
Affirmative claim first
A single-line sweep: stacked denial phrasings gave way to the affirmative claim they were guarding. Tour's origin-of-life demand now simply asks for the chemistry. The fine-tuning interactive invites you to put the precision to the test. The awe research card names the signature response, arrest. The coherence page says what removing any of the twelve systems means: stone dead, immediately. Meaning, pitch, and claim strength unchanged on every line.

Affirmative punch rewrite and em dash scrub deployed
The nineteen-page rewrite documented in Session 210 merged to main (merge commit 8847d19) and deployed through Cloudflare Pages. Verified live: the affirmative punch lines serve on about-hedrick, article-now-5, and article-c-1, and the prose of those pages carries zero em dashes (page titles and cited quotations keep theirs).
Sep 22 2026 · Session 210
Copy pass across nineteen pages. The stacked "Not X. Not Y." punch lines now state what is true instead of what is false, and the em dash is gone from the prose of every page touched.
19 pages · about-hedrick · stacks · membership · 16 articles
modified 19 pages
Punch lines reframed in the affirmative
Thirty stacked negation punches ("Not a pantheon. Not a theology.", "Not once. Not in a laboratory.") were rewritten to carry the same claim in positive form: what the evidence shows, what the count is, what the word means. Meaning, pitch, and claim strength are unchanged; the framing now asserts instead of denies.
modified 19 pages
Em dashes scrubbed from prose
979 em dashes on the touched pages were replaced with commas, colons, periods, parentheses, or middot separators, chosen by context. Page titles, cited quotations, and numeric ranges (dates, page spans, verse spans) keep their original punctuation.

The Infinite Window is retired. It promised an endless field of ideas but could only recycle the same handful of cards, so its address now leads to the Graph, which browses the whole network honestly.
rgp-window.html · _redirects · seek.html · rgp-wiki.html · rgp-glossary.html · rgp-bibliography.html
modified rgp-window.html · _redirects
The Window now opens onto the Graph
Anyone who visits the old Infinite Window address, with or without a saved node link, arrives at the Graph on that same node. Old bookmarks and shared links keep working; nothing 404s. The full pre-retirement page is archived in the repository.
modified seek.html · rgp-wiki.html · rgp-glossary.html · rgp-bibliography.html
Window leaves the research-graph navigation
The Seek strip and the Wiki, Glossary, and Sources topbars now read Seek, Wiki, Graph, Glossary, Sources. Everything else in those bars is untouched.

Seek loses its numbered doorway box, and the Authority shelf finally says what it is for.
seek.html · js/rgp-authority.js · rgp-wiki · rgp-glossary · rgp-graph
modified seek.html
The doorway box is gone; the page opens straight onto the shelf
The bordered intro box at the top of Seek, with its heading, its one-line reading order for the three rooms, and its numbered Wiki, Glossary, and Graph links, was removed at the owner's request. The rooms are still one tap away in the nav and the five explore cards below. The quiet free-tier line, "Free path by email, when you're ready.", stays exactly where it was, now standing alone between the verse and the Authority shelf; signed-in members still never see it.
modified js/rgp-authority.js
The Authority shelf explains itself
Under the Authority heading, on every page that carries the shelf, a single owner-written line now says who these people are: "Authorities that have provided foundational features of GODISNOWHERE's apologetic treatment of divine issues." The shelf itself is untouched; it still drifts slowly, pauses when you hover or focus, and steps card by card with the arrows.
Sep 20 2026 · Session 206
The Loom now waits until you mean it.
js/rgp-views.js · rgp-graph.html
fixed js/rgp-views.js
Hover highlight waits longer, so scanning the results no longer stirs the weave
The quarter-second pause from Session 195 was still shorter than the natural rhythm of reading down the rows, so the isolation highlight kept firing mid-scan. The dwell is now six tenths of a second. Sweep or scan the rows and nothing moves; rest on a node and its threads light up; click remains the only action that focuses or selects.
fixed js/rgp-views.js
A plain visit no longer sometimes opens pre-focused
While the page boots, the Advanced 3D machinery quietly writes its starter node into the address bar. When that write won the race, the Loom mistook it for a shared deep link and opened already focused with the highlight lit, on a visit with no link at all. The Loom now reads the address you actually arrived with, so a plain visit always opens on the full weave and a real shared link still lands like a click.
Sep 20 2026 · Session 206
The flagellum frame inside Irreducible Sophistication now shows only the motor. The page-within-a-page is gone.
article-now-3.html · visual/flagellum.html
fixed article-now-3.html
The interactive frame no longer nests the whole site
The Flagellum Motor frame in section VI loaded the full standalone flagellum page, chrome and all: the logo, the THE CODE / NOW / NO navigation, and a full-height hero, with the actual motor far below the fold of the frame. The frame now calls the same page in its new embed mode over an absolute path, so the only thing inside the frame is the live rotary motor with its Schematic, Molecule, Pause, and Slower controls. The caption under the heading now describes what the frame actually shows: the PDB motor built from structures 7CGO and 6YKM, with hover naming and two views.
modified visual/flagellum.html
The standalone flagellum page learned an embed mode
Adding ?embed=1 to the page address now strips everything except the motor stage: no navigation, no hero, no stats band, no essay sections, and the stage fills the frame edge to edge. In embed mode the page also skips building the site navigation, so no chrome is fetched or drawn inside frames. Opened directly without the flag, the page is untouched: full chrome, hero, stats, parts, argument, and closing links, exactly as before.

The ASK calligraphy gets its space back, and the Surprise-me door trades its button for a golden butterfly.
ask-seek-knock.html · the-door.html
modified ask-seek-knock.html
Nothing sits on the calligraphy anymore
The quote block under the A·S·K hero used to ride up into the artwork, so its text landed on the bottom flourishes and the whole thing read as clipped. The block now begins below the hero band, and the band itself is slightly shorter so the page still opens with the same weight. The small start-here eyebrow line above the quote was removed at the owner's request; the quote leads now, with the Information Theory & DNA reading link and the butterfly-and-envelope free-tier cue unchanged beneath it.
modified the-door.html
A butterfly now opens the random door
Behind the third door, the Surprise-me room used to explain itself with a paragraph and end in a solid text button. Both are gone. What remains is the heading and the site's own golden butterfly, drifting in place; click or tap it and a door opens at random, exactly as before. While the door is opening the butterfly stills and dims, and it holds still from the start for readers who prefer reduced motion. The butterfly is the same confirmed image the ASK hub already flies, moved by CSS alone.
Sep 16 2026 · Session 201
The Champion question now waits its turn. It asks only after you have actually opened one of the articles The Door picked for you.
the-door.html · js/article-guard.js
modified the-door.html
The path results screen no longer interrupts with the Champion invite
Finishing the Threshold path used to surface the street-evangelism question right on the results screen, before you had read anything. Now completing the path only remembers that you earned the question. The eligibility bar is unchanged: you must have gone the distance and engaged seriously, not just deflected. Opening one of your three recommended articles is what finally unlocks it, and if it cannot reach you there, it waits under the three doors the next time you return in the same visit.
modified js/article-guard.js
The invite now arrives softly, on the article you chose
After you open a recommended article and the page has fully loaded and settled, the same invitation appears as a quiet dismissible card in the corner. It never blocks the text, it shows once per visit, and one click on Just here to read makes it leave. Nothing is sent anywhere; the whole handoff lives in your browser session and evaporates when the tab closes.
Sep 16 2026 · Session 201
Membership becomes discoverable without ever interrupting. Two quiet lines and the tier badge everywhere the shared nav lives.
ask-seek-knock.html · seek.html · 46 pages (membership.js wire)
modified ask-seek-knock.html
A butterfly carries your email under the start-here nudge
Beneath the "No question yet? Start here." doorway, the page's own gold butterfly now drifts in place with a small envelope hanging from a thread beneath it: your email, carried forward. The envelope swings a beat behind the butterfly's rise and fall, so the carrying reads at a glance. The whole scene is one quiet link to the free tier on the membership page, with a whisper caption beneath it: "Start free, by email." No button, no modal, no urgency; the motion stills for readers who prefer reduced motion. Visitors who are already signed in never see it.
modified seek.html
The Start-here box closes with an open door
After the three rooms, a thin rule and one line: "Free path by email, when you're ready." linking to the same free tier. Same quiet register, same rule: signed-in members never see it.
modified 46 pages
The tier badge now appears on every shared-nav page
Forty-six pages loaded the shared navigation but not the membership script, so the small tier badge next to the nav never appeared there and Join lived only inside the More dropdown. Each of those pages now loads the existing membership script, so the same persistent badge shows everywhere: a faint sign-in icon for visitors, the person icon for subscribers, the gold butterfly for champions. Nothing new was designed; the existing badge simply stopped being missing.
Sep 15 2026 · Session 199
The members list now answers only to the admin. Sign-in asks for one record, never the roll.
worker/email-worker.js · js/membership.js · admin/admin.html · admin/admin2.html · ask-admin.html
fixed worker/email-worker.js
The member roster is no longer publicly readable
The worker route that lists members now requires the admin key on every request and returns 401 Unauthorized to anyone else. The key lives only as an encrypted worker secret and is verified server-side with a constant-time comparison. If the secret is not configured, the route stays closed.
modified js/membership.js
Sign-in looks up one email instead of downloading the list
The membership sign-in used to fetch every member and match your email in the browser. It now sends only the email you typed to a new lookup route that returns just your own record, or nothing. The experience is unchanged; the data exposure is gone.
modified admin dashboards
The admin login now unlocks the worker too
Logging into the admin dashboard keeps the passphrase and sends it with every members request, where the worker verifies it against its own secret. A wrong or missing key shows a clear banner in the dashboard instead of a silent empty table.

The Brutalism argument gains a verified YouTube source, wired through both stores and the article shelf.
rgp-graph.html · js/rgp-hover.js · article-now-brutalism.html · 69 pages (cache tag)
modified brutalism-argument node
A Tucker Carlson talk joins the node's sources in both stores
The Research VERIFY pack locked a YouTube source for the Brutalism argument: The Forgotten Lessons of Human History and the Dark Forces Robbing You of Your God-Given Creativity, from the Tucker Carlson channel. It now sits beside Le Corbusier (1923) in the graph store, and the hover store mirrors the graph exactly, same two sources, same labels, same node title, so the graph, the wiki page, and the hover card all agree.
modified article-now-brutalism.html
The Research Library video tab lists the talk under its own title
The Deep Research sidebar's Video tab now carries the talk. The visible label is the video's own YouTube title, nothing invented, with a Watch link that opens the site's in-page player. The Pruitt-Igoe Myth entry keeps its place above it.

A.E. Wilder-Smith and Walter Martin join the Authority shelf, and the carousel yields to your hand.
rgp-graph.html · js/rgp-authority.js · images/rgp-authority/ · seek · rgp-wiki · rgp-glossary
created ae-wilder-smith on the shelf
The chemist who put the information problem on the table
Arthur Ernest Wilder-Smith (1915–1995), organic chemist with earned doctorates, joins the graph and the shelf. Three of his own books back the node: Man's Origin, Man's Destiny (1968, the Best Source), The Creation of Life (1970), and The Natural Sciences Know Nothing of Evolution (1981). The card links to the DNA information article and carries the mirrored 1968 cover.
created walter-martin on the shelf
The Bible Answer Man and the standard countercult handbook
Walter Ralston Martin (1928–1989), founder of the Christian Research Institute, joins with The Kingdom of the Cults (1965) as Best Source plus Essential Christianity (1980) and the 2019 edition of Kingdom. Distinct from the cosmologist Martin Rees, who keeps his own node. Both new nodes earn the Authority badge through the existing four-part bar, nothing forced.
fixed js/rgp-authority.js
Scrubbing the shelf now pauses the drift, and the wrap waits its turn
Dragging the rail, pulling its scrollbar, or holding the pointer down anywhere on the shelf now pauses the auto-drift until you let go and stay idle for a few seconds. The jump back to the first card fires only during unattended drift, after a brief rest at the end of the rail, so you can scrub to the last card and stay there. Hover pause, the prev and next buttons, and the reduced-motion setting all behave as before.
Sep 6 2026 · Session 195
Loom deep links land like a click. Hover calms down. The legend gets out of the way.
js/rgp-views.js · rgp-graph.html
fixed js/rgp-views.js
A shared ?node= link now lands exactly like clicking that node
Opening rgp-graph with ?node=alex-oconnor used to fill the inspector but leave the Loom showing every node. The deep link now runs the same code path as a click: inspector filled, Loom re-woven around the node, its direct threads lit. What you share is what they see.
fixed js/rgp-views.js
Hover highlights only after a deliberate pause. Click is the only way to focus.
The Loom rows are wide, so sweeping the pointer across them used to strobe the isolation highlight. Highlighting now waits about a quarter second of dwell and a pass-through never fires. Hover never changes focus, selection, or the URL; those commit on click only.
modified rgp-graph.html · js/rgp-views.js
Edge Relation legend is now a collapsed chip listing only what is on screen
The legend used to sit open over the bottom-left of the Loom listing all five relation types whether or not they were drawn. It is now a small chip that expands on click and lists only the relation types present in the current view, updating as the focus changes.
Sep 6 2026 · Session 194
One node store everywhere: article hover cards now read the graph source of truth.
js/rgp-hover.js · js/rgp-data-loader.js · 72 pages (cache tag)
fixed js/rgp-hover.js
Dual node store drift: hover cards contradicted the research graph
The hover script carried its own full copy of the node store, and it had drifted from the graph page on all 195 shared entries. Alex O'Connor was the worst case: articles said born 1998 with 7 relations while the graph said born 2000 with 17 relations and the New Guard tie-in. The hover copy is now a fallback only. After each article loads, the canonical store from rgp-graph.html is fetched through the shared loader and overlaid in place, so every card shows the same record the graph inspector shows. Topics that exist only in the hover store keep working unchanged.
modified js/rgp-data-loader.js
Loader can now refresh a page that already holds a stale copy
The single-source-of-truth loader used to skip its fetch whenever a node store was already present, which would have handed the stale hover copy back as if it were canonical. A force option now fetches the graph data regardless and caches the canonical result.

The Authority shelf drifts like a slow carousel, and Bob Enyart joins it.
js/rgp-authority.js · images/rgp-authority/bob-enyart.jpg · seek · rgp-graph · rgp-wiki · rgp-glossary
modified js/rgp-authority.js
Slow-moving carousel with a mini bio and links on every card
The shelf auto-drifts at a reading pace and wraps at the end. Hover, keyboard focus, or touch pauses it; prev and next buttons step one card; reduced-motion settings turn the drift off. Each card carries the real one-line case for the voice plus Source, Article, and Graph links. The shelf header phrase was removed.
created bob-enyart on the shelf
Bob Enyart earns the Authority badge with verified sources
The Mount Moriah documentary, Real Science Radio, and the site's own Mount Moriah article give the node three distinct sources on top of its summary and five relations. The card art is the Mount Moriah article hero, because the YouTube thumbnail for the documentary now serves only the dead-video placeholder.

images/rgp-authority/ (20 JPGs) · js/rgp-authority.js · CREDITS.txt
created images/rgp-authority/*.jpg
Twenty local Best Source images, one per pinned shelf node
The shelf used to hotlink Open Library and Wikimedia. Five of those remotes were blank stubs or 400s, so those cards fell back to gold initials. Every cover is now a real JPEG stored in the repo and verified by eye. Credits live in CREDITS.txt.
fixed js/rgp-authority.js
Local image first, remote second, gold initial last
Catalog image_url now points at the local file. The verified remote source stays as an onerror fallback. Four wrong or dead ISBNs replaced: Behe, Collins and the fine-tuning claim, Habermas, Axe, plus the Rowe cover that showed a different author's anthology and the Shannon photo URL that returned 400.

Molecule GroEL runs open / cap on / fold inside / cap off / release on the real PDB
Original schematic canvases stay. Molecule stays the default. The cage interpolates 1AON itself (trans conformation mapped onto cis, GroES along the experimental axis) and holds the crystallized 1AON snapshot during fold inside. Pause and Slower freeze or slow this cycle. Hover names still work. Nature 41944 stays first in the GroEL refs. ATP work on this PR is unchanged.
created data/pdb/groel-cycle.json
1AON-rooted open and mid coordinate deltas for the folding-cycle morph
Not a cartoon barrel. Open and mid frames are Int16 xyz deltas from the loaded 1AON atom order. Equatorial overlay RMSD is 1.7 A. ADP stays on the cis nucleotide sites.

ATP Molecule is the default; hover names parts; compare F/V/flagellar; real refs under the viewer
Schematic stays as a toggle. Hover labels use plain names (alpha, beta, gamma shaft, c-ring, a-subunit / membrane); click pins. Compare picker loads 6J5I, V-type 3J9T, and MotAB 6YKM in the same viewer. Pause/Slower still work. References include the 1997 filmed-rotation Nature paper plus the site ATP/coherence articles. Fine-Tuning 3D, compass, and admin tools untouched.

GroEL Molecule view (PDB 1AON) beside the original barrel and 4-stage canvases
Original schematic canvases are kept. Molecule is the default on desktop. Hover names the cis ring, trans ring, and GroES cap. Pause freezes the idle turn. Flagellum and kinesin not in this pass.

article-no-genocide.html (NO·XII) is registered in js/article-registry.js, js/release.js (status:'live'), js/page-meta.js, and site-map.html. The article list on explore.html is dynamically rendered from GISN_REGISTRY.no — the article appears there automatically via the JS renderer. The static header "The Objections — Eleven Arguments" was the only stale reference (now updated to "Twelve Arguments"). changes.html had not been updated since Session 20 (May 21); sessions S21, S22, S24 (two sub-sessions), and S25 were all absent. fixed article-now-brutalism-v2.html
Brutalism article — new filename bypasses Cloudflare edge cache
After 4 sessions of failed fixes (S19 ×2, S21 ×2), root cause identified: Cloudflare edge cache was serving a stale file. Every code fix was correct but never reached the browser. Resolution: deploy under new filename article-now-brutalism-v2.html — no cache entry = immediate live fix. Confirmed working in live incognito. Also: verdict ticker (verdict-ticker component) removed per user request. CLAUDE.md Rule 21 added: edge cache diagnosis protocol.
modified docs/DESIGN_SYSTEM.md · css/article.css
DESIGN_SYSTEM.md v1.1 — readability floor raised · article.css audit
DESIGN_SYSTEM.md v1.0 → v1.1: minimum font-size raised from 0.52rem to 0.72rem. New floor table added for all type roles (eyebrow/track label: 0.78rem; caption/source: 0.82rem; body min: 0.90rem). css/article.css full audit: 29 sub-0.72rem declarations fixed across nav, sidebar, eyebrows, labels, footers, search UI, butterfly nav, source cites, print button.
modified docs/CLAUDE.md
CLAUDE.md v2.2 → v2.3 — RRR Framework + edge cache rule
§1b RRR Framework added: prediction-of-outcome requirement, falsifiable prediction protocol, prediction scoring scale, mandatory honesty rule. Rule 21 (edge cache bypass): "When a fix is verified clean in Playwright but the live site still shows the broken state after deploy — the edge cache is serving a stale file. Deploy under a new filename."

Cross-registry QA integrity check · Champion provisioning fix (two-database architecture) · brutalism canvas crash resolved · CLAUDE.md v2.2
⏱ ~1 session 3 files modified · 3 root causes resolved
modified qa-check.html
Cross-registry manifest integrity check injected
Pre-loop manifest integrity check injected into runQA() before the for loop. Fetches js/release.js + js/article-registry.js at runtime, regex-parses both, cross-validates against PAGES manifest. Live articles absent from PAGES = ERROR. Registry sync gaps = WARNING. manifest-integrity check ID registered in renderByCheck(). Playwright confirmed zero new errors.
fixed article-now-brutalism.html
Canvas crash fixed — ctx.letterSpacing removed
ctx.letterSpacing = '0.1em' is an invalid CanvasRenderingContext2D property. Throws TypeError in Safari and strict Chrome, silently crashing the entire inline <script> block — buildNav() and initSidebar() never ran, page was blank. Removed the one invalid line. Also removed ledeGate('now-brutalism', { ledeParas: 2 }) — article now fully open to all visitors. Playwright confirmed clean.
fixed admin/admin.html
Champion provisioning fix — D1 write form added to Admin panel
Root cause: two separate databases. tables/members (legacy REST Table API) ≠ Cloudflare D1. membership.js reads D1 only via Worker. Adding to REST table has zero effect on access. Fix: "Add Champion Subscriber" form added to Admin panel. addChampionToD1() calls POST /api/register-member on the Cloudflare Worker directly (writes to D1). Pre-fills date input +1 year.
May 21 2026 · Session 20
P3 polish — mobile responsive audit passed · share strip injected · OG meta sitewide · RGP duplicate key removed · commentary articles verified not thin
⏱ ~35 min 8 files audited · 2 JS modified · 4 pages OG-enabled · 1 CSS issue confirmed clear
modified js/site.js
Social share strip — _injectShareStrip() IIFE
Auto-injects .share-strip before .article-footer on every article page. Three buttons: Copy link (clipboard API), Share on X (Twitter intent URL), native share (navigator.share guard — mobile only). CSS injected once via <style id="share-strip-css">. Playwright confirmed .share-strip selector found on article-now-1.html.
modified js/page-meta.js
OG/social meta — 9 pages added to PAGES registry
New entries: stacks.html, bibsac-archive.html, about.html, membership.html, champion.html, contact.html, article-near-israel.html, article-near-israel-2.html, article-no-genocide.html. Each entry carries title, description, canonical image URL, type, slug, and JSON-LD schema. The page-meta.js script tag was also physically injected into stacks.html, membership.html, about.html, and champion.html (previously absent).
fixed js/rgp-hover.js
Duplicate prebiotic-chemistry key removed
The RGP_MOCK_NODES object contained two definitions for 'prebiotic-chemistry'. The stub version (lines ~4969–4980: 2 relations, 0 sources) silently overwrote the authoritative definition (~line 2982: 6 relations, 2 sources) at runtime. Stub removed; rich version retained. All other previously-flagged RGP node IDs in article HTML were verified present in the registry — no other missing definitions found.
fixed css/article.css — audit
Mobile responsive audit — passed
Full audit of all @media blocks in article.css. Breakpoints confirmed: ≤767px (legibility overrides: hero, toolbar, body padding, stat callout, pull quote, nav footer all handled), ≤600px (hedrick commentary, gate, txr-grid collapse), ≤480px (mosaic float label hide), ≤400px (very small phone title/padding floor), tablet 768–1024px. Grid layout: .article-wrap is 1fr 0px by default; .bn-toggle hidden at ≤900px so no left-padding clash. All 94 pages carry correct viewport meta tag. No overflow/layout issues found. Playwright on article-now-1.html: clean (3 expected external 404s only).
fixed article-c-1 → c-4 — content audit
Commentary track content audit — verified not thin
All 4 Commentary articles (22–26KB) reviewed. The small file size reflects lean HTML markup, not thin prose. article-c-1: 3 sections, strong prosecutorial argument about the substitution error in atheist-God debates. article-c-2: structured sections I–III, brain numbers + C.S. Lewis argument from reason. article-c-3: 4 sections, butterfly cipher + mystery-revealed framework. Each article has read-lede, multiple section-head landmarks, prose paragraphs, and a pull-quote. File-size flag was a false positive — content quality is high.
modified js/release.js · articles.html · qa-check.html
Israel articles registered + no-genocide flipped live
article-near-israel.html (NEAR·IX) and article-near-israel-2.html (NEAR·X) added to articles.html NEAR track cards, qa-check.html PAGES manifest, page-meta.js registry, and release.js (both status:'live'). RSR video entries renumbered XI/XII/XIII. article-no-genocide.html flipped from 'review' to 'live' and added to OG registry.
modified Stacks / BibSac surface
Stacks is already surfaced in site.js nav via CHAMP_LIBRARY and TEASER_ITEMS. stacks.html and bibsac-archive.html both now have OG tags via page-meta.js. Homepage teaser card remains a future decision (content call, not technical gap).

P1/P2 broken-link sweep — Israel articles registered · no-genocide live · dev files deleted · stub redirects fixed · butterfly-showcase path corrected · bio footer audit
FIX article-near-israel.html + article-near-israel-2.html — registered sitewide

Both Israel articles (38KB + 41KB) existed but were orphaned — visible only in site-map.html and js/search.js. Added to: articles.html NEAR track (NEAR·IX and NEAR·X cards), qa-check.html manifest, js/page-meta.js PAGES registry with correct OG images (arg-israel-jerusalem-panorama.jpg and arg-israel-map-blood.jpg), js/release.js as status:'live'. Also renumbered the existing RSR/O'Connor video entries (XI, XII, XIII) to avoid collision.

articles.html qa-check.html js/page-meta.js js/release.js
FIX article-no-genocide.html — flipped from review to live

js/release.js status changed from 'review' to 'live' for no-genocide. The article (95KB) was fully written — it was only the release flag preventing public visibility. Also added to js/page-meta.js PAGES registry so OG metadata is correct.

js/release.js js/page-meta.js
FIX openness-debate.html + rsr-hedrick.html — stub redirects replaced with real pages

Both files were 388-byte redirects pointing to _archive/openness-debate.html and _archive/rsr-hedrick.html — an _archive/ directory that does not exist. Any visitor following a link (from about.html, article-c-4.html) would hit a 404. Replaced both files with proper placeholder pages: clean dark-themed layouts explaining the content with a back button. rsr-hedrick.html now links directly to the two RSR video articles in the NEAR track.

openness-debate.html rsr-hedrick.html
FIX animations.html — butterfly-showcase link corrected to visual/

Card in animations.html linked to butterfly-showcase.html (root level) — file is at visual/butterfly-showcase.html. Corrected href to visual/butterfly-showcase.html.

FIX pipeline-test.html deleted · rgp-node-test.html moved to admin/

pipeline-test.html was a publicly accessible dev test file — deleted. rgp-node-test.html was a live RGP node editor exposed at root — moved to admin/rgp-node-test.html where it belongs. Both were P1 security/hygiene items.

pipeline-test.html — deleted rgp-node-test.html → admin/rgp-node-test.html
VERIFIED interactive/ ES module chain — all files present, paths correct

Prior audit flagged import { GNIInteractive } from '/interactive/index.js' in article-now-3.html, visual/fine-tuning.html, and interactive/embeds/*.html as "404s in production." Verified: all 13 JS files exist (interactive/index.js, SceneShell.js, CameraController.js, LabelManager.js, InteractionManager.js, PerformanceManager.js, AccessibilityPanel.js, themes.js, types.js, two scene files, two scene data files), all 3 CSS files exist. Absolute paths (/interactive/…) are valid in Cloudflare Pages production. No code changes needed — was a dev-environment false alarm.

QA RRR sitewide audit dashboard · mosaic-now-1 canvas fix · Butterfly Effect article (5-part) · Commentary track redesign with gold circuit butterfly · GA4 wired · full registration sweep for article-now-butterfly
admin/qa-dashboard.html ↗ New — QA RRR Dashboard

Full sitewide QA audit dashboard built from qa-results-latest.json (94 pages, 45,922 bytes). Score ring: 41% clean, Grade C+. Sections: error table (8 hard errors, all internal-hrefs), warning breakdown by type and track (103 warnings — 55 div-balance, 47 empty sidebar slots), info table (27 rgp-inline-nodes), per-track severity matrix, 9 prioritised repair cards (R1–R9) with code snippets, executive summary with Sprint 1/2/3 roadmap and score projections. Self-contained, no external dependencies.

visual/mosaic-now-1.html ↗ Fixed — Canvas + Full Rebuild

12-node constellation canvas was completely black. Root cause: external scripts (js/site.js, js/cell-zoom.js, js/content-strings.js) resolving from root /js/ but failing from /visual/ path. Fix: all JavaScript inlined — fully self-contained. Canvas restored with per-node colours, signal pulse animations, DPR scaling, hover detection, butterfly BG watermark, and touch support.

New sections added: Fine-tuning constants gauges (α, G, Strong Nuclear Force) matching crimson screenshot — CSS horizontal gauges with life zone bracket, death zone overlays, red OBSERVED arrow. Mini butterfly SVG with animated shimmer. Champion membership 6-card grid with 🔒 lock overlays.

article-now-butterfly.html ↗ New — Butterfly Effect Article

5-part open-access article on the Butterfly Effect as theological argument. Personal testimony woven through: (1) drive-through meal note left for the next car; (2) SCIF SPARC 1+ workstation revival; (3) Black Hawk pilot's question at altitude — "If you were to die today, do you know for certain you are heaven-bound?" Sections: sensitive dependence on initial conditions, coherence cascade, the Lorenz attractor as theological frame, Champion CTA for 5 locked continuation parts. Hero canvas with cascade propagation animation.

articles.html ↗ · images/butterfly-commentary.png Commentary Track — Full Redesign

Commentary track standardised with gold circuit butterfly identity. Previous: plain purple accent (rgba(120,80,150)), no banner, no visual identity. New: full .com-banner identity block — deep pure-black background matching the JPEG's own black, gold circuit board grid overlay, 240px butterfly image with mix-blend-mode:lighten (black bg drops out seamlessly), floating/rotation animation with gold+blue drop-shadow glow. Right panel: eyebrow, title, italic tagline, Editorial/Reflection/Personal Essay chips. Responsive stack on mobile. COM card colours repaleted to gold/deep navy throughout.

Gold circuit butterfly image downloaded — images/butterfly-commentary.png (61KB, downloaded from the retired hosting CDN).

js/page-meta.js GA4 Wired — G-M6PEE0BWL8

GA4 wired sitewide via js/site.js. Root cause of zero GA data: page-meta.js (which held the real ID) loads on only 13 of 94 pages. The homepage and every major article had either no GA tag or the hardcoded placeholder G-XXXXXXXXXX. Fix: GA4 snippet injected at the top of js/site.js — which loads on all 94 pages — with a window.__ga4_loaded guard to prevent double-firing. Hardcoded placeholder removed from article-no-1.html, article-now-1.html, article-res-1.html, article-res-2.html. Measurement ID: G-M6PEE0BWL8. First data visible in GA4 Realtime within 30 seconds of next deploy.

articles.html · site-map.html · qa-check.html · js/search.js · js/page-meta.js · js/release.js article-now-butterfly — Full Registration Sweep

article-now-butterfly.html was an orphan — existed in the project but linked from only one page (visual/mosaic-now-1.html). Registered sitewide across all 6 required systems:

  • articles.html — NOW · BUTTERFLY card added to NOW track grid
  • site-map.html — added between NOW·XI and NOW·XIII
  • qa-check.html — added to PAGES manifest (track:'now') so it gets audited
  • js/search.js — full body copy added (drive-through, SCIF, Black Hawk, coherence keywords)
  • js/page-meta.js — OG/title tags, canonical, Schema.org registered
  • js/release.js — status:'live' flag set so membership gate reads it correctly
May 20 2026 · Session 15–16
RGP graph Pass 4: edges guaranteed visible via custom renderer · Garden Tomb slow pan · Romans 1:4 sign block · Visual Mosaic subtitle updated · OS v2.0 loaded
rgp-graph.html ↗ Pass 4 — Edge Visibility

Edges now guaranteed visible via linkThreeObject custom renderer. Root cause of prior invisibility: WebGL caps gl.lineWidth() at 1px on most GPUs, and the library's internal tube geometry was not rendering reliably. Fix: bypassed the library entirely. Each link now rendered as a custom THREE.Line + LineBasicMaterial at 0.70–0.95 opacity with AdditiveBlending. Strong/medium relation types use two parallel hairlines — additive overlap creates a visible glow effect.

Glow halos tightened: r × 3.2 → r × 1.2 — halo now a crisp corona just beyond the sphere surface, clearing the inter-node corridors so lines show through. Centre opacity raised to 0.55 for a brighter but smaller halo.

Particles boosted: 2–4 per edge (was 1–3), width 2.0–3.0 world units. Moving tracers make connections legible at any zoom level.

Garden Tomb image replaced + slow pan animation added. The prior generated placeholder image is replaced with the actual photograph at godisnowhere.org/images/arg-garden-tomb.jpg. Rendered as a CSS background-image with @keyframes tomb-pan animating background-position 0%→100%→0% over 22 seconds (ease-in-out, infinite) — a slow cinematic left-to-right-to-left pan across the tomb garden scene.

article-res-1.html ↗ Romans 1:4 Sign

Romans 1:4 tile mosaic block added to Resurrection article. Photo of the actual ceramic sign mounted at the Garden Tomb entrance in Jerusalem — "Jesus Christ declared with power to be the Son of God by the Resurrection from the dead · Romans 1:4". Two-column layout (photo + verse/context), inserted between the Hedrick quote and Section IV (Skeptic Scholars). Styled in Playfair Display italic with Oswald uppercase reference label. Fully responsive.

visual-mosaic.html ↗ Subtitle Updated

RGP 3D graph: professional rendering — real THREE.Mesh spheres · PBR lighting rig · visible edges · edge dimming on node select
rgp-graph.html ↗ Rendering Overhaul

Nodes: canvas Sprite → real THREE.Mesh spheres. SphereGeometry(r, 32, 24) + MeshStandardMaterial (metalness 0.18, roughness 0.48). Responds to all scene lights for genuine specular highlights and shadow gradients. Initials baked into 256px canvas texture with radial vignette. Photo nodes swap material map asynchronously on image load.

Four-light PBR rig. Warm key light (top-left-front, 3.5 intensity) + cool fill (opposite side, 1.4) + warm rim (back, 1.0) + 5 family-coloured PointLights at cluster centres (0.8 each, 600-unit range). AmbientLight raised to 2.8.

Emissive torus rim ring per node (TorusGeometry, additive blending, family colour) — always-visible edge glow independent of lighting. Soft additive glow Sprite halo behind each sphere.

Edges: invisible → always visible. Root cause: linkWidth(0) + linkColor('rgba(0,0,0,0)') were being set on non-active edges. Fixed: resting state always width 1.2–2.0 + opacity 0.75. On node select, non-neighbours dim to rgba(80,80,100,0.25) — never invisible. All reset paths (background click, btn-reset) restored consistently.

linkDirectionalParticles raised to 2–4 per edge for all relation types.

RGP 3D: photorealistic nodes · sphere size = information density · edge thickness = relationship count · How-To modal · dark background · Agent OS (CLAUDE.md, QA_CHECKLIST, LEDGER)
rgp-graph.html ↗ Visual Overhaul

Cosmos background removed — replaced with pure dark THREE.Color(0x07070a).

Sphere size = information density. nodeSize() uses cube-root scaling of direct relationship count, range 4–26px radius. More connections = larger sphere.

Edge thickness = relationship count. .linkWidth() counts bidirectional relation references per edge pair. Proportional thickness 0.6–4.5px, ×1.8 on active ego-graph edges.

Photorealistic node textures. NODE_IMAGE_MAP: 25+ Wikimedia Commons author photos and book covers mapped onto sphere surfaces via THREE.MeshLambertMaterial({ map: tex }). Async loader with Promise cache — material swaps in when photo arrives. Emoji canvas fallback for concept/claim nodes (makeIconTexture): 128×128 canvas per entity type (💬 claim, 📖 book, 🎬 video, 🏛 org, 👤 person, 💡 concept).

How-To modal. "How to Use" button in topbar opens full-screen overlay with 4 sections: Reading the Graph, Navigation Controls, Filters & Search, Research Tray. Visual swatches for sphere sizes and line weights. Closes on ×, footer button, or backdrop click. JS event listeners fully wired.

3D knowledge graph (Three.js) · Phrase admin live database · explore-near: Israel articles · Sigma TypeError root-cause fix

Rebuilt as a full 3D force-directed graph using 3d-force-graph (Three.js). The previous Sigma.js 2D flat renderer is replaced entirely.

Features: drag-rotate in 3D space · scroll-zoom · right-drag-pan · animated flow particles on semantic edges (supports/challenges glow green/red) · ego-graph highlighting (non-neighbours fade to near-invisible, active edges light up) · family-seeded cluster positions in 3D · all 101 nodes always visible with proper force separation. Node inspector panel, search, filters, tray integration, URL params, share URL — all preserved.

Previous Sigma work preserved in changelog: TypeErrorroot-cause fix (type: rel.relation → type: 'line'), CDN→local sigma+graphology, visual overhaul, search-overrides-filter, family-clustered seeds, two-phase FA2.

Phrase admin rebuilt with live database persistence. Saves directly to the splash_phrases Table API — no copy-paste required. Edit · toggle active · drag-reorder — all changes auto-save and apply immediately to the live homepage.

index.html splash rotator upgraded: now fetches active phrases from tables/splash_phrases API on each page load, sorting by sort_order. Falls back silently to the hardcoded SPLASH_PHRASES array in content-strings.js if the API is unreachable. No deploy required to change phrases.

Root cause of "admin edits don't work": admin tool was static HTML — it saved to localStorage only, and generated a copy-paste export block. The export was never pasted into content-strings.js. The new tool bypasses this entirely via API.

NEAR·IX (Israel Does Not Exist — Part I: The Theology) and NEAR·X (Part II: The Evidence) added to the champion cards array, between NEAR·VIII and the Scofield article. site-map.html already had both articles in its data — no change needed there.

Butterfly images · Slider thumbs (all bio-sys + article-now-1b + flagellum) · bio-coherence 3D interactive hero · AI emojis removed · sigma polyfill hardened · article-now-1 sticky info pane
images/butterfly-gold-full.png · images/butterflies/ (8 files) New

8 butterfly PNG images downloaded and saved to images/butterflies/ — all RGBA transparent PNG, 200×200px. Colors: gold, blue, cyan, purple, red, green, magenta, white. images/butterfly-gold-full.png replaced with the new gold-200 PNG (previous upload was JPEG, stripping alpha). The gold butterfly is the site-wide favicon and Champion/nav badge across ~120 pages.

bio-sys-01-dna · bio-sys-02-epigenetics · bio-sys-03-histones · bio-sys-04-methylation · bio-sys-05-glycocalyx · bio-sys-06-enzymes · bio-sys-07-rna · bio-sys-08-ribozymes · bio-sys-09-error-correction · bio-sys-10-differentiation · bio-sys-11-folding · bio-sys-12-signaling · article-now-1b · visual/flagellum Fix

Slider thumbs replaced with butterfly images across 14 files. All ::-webkit-slider-thumb and ::-moz-range-thumb rules: removed border-radius:50%, background:#fff, border, box-shadow. Replaced with background: transparent url(butterfly-COLOR-200.png) center/contain no-repeat, size 36×36px. Each bio-sys page gets the color-matched butterfly. Hover = drop-shadow glow in the system accent color. Active = scale(1.28). Color map: DNA→cyan, Epigenetics→purple, Histones→gold, Methylation→green, Sugar Code→red, Enzymes→red, RNA→cyan, Ribozymes→magenta, Error Corr→gold, Differentiation→cyan, Folding→purple, Signaling→blue, article-now-1b→gold, flagellum→gold.

AI emojis removed from all 12 system cards. Replaced with inline SVG icons — each hand-drawn, colored to match the system accent color, 36×36px. Systems: DNA (double helix), Epigenetics (circular arrows), Histones (triple sliders), Methylation (silence/mute), Sugar Code (branching tree), Enzymes (gear), RNA (scissors), Ribozymes (molecule), Error Correction (shield + checkmark), Differentiation (fork tree), Folding (spiral), Signaling (signal arcs). No emoji, no external font dependency.

bio-coherence.html ↗ — hero canvas New

Hero animation fully rewritten as 3D interactive coherence sphere. Replaces flat 2D orbit ring. Features: true 3D perspective projection (Y + X axis rotation), 12 nodes on a torus ring with depth-based scale, 3D sphere shading (radial gradient + specular highlight per node), back-to-front z-sort for correct depth ordering, all-edges web (adjacent + diameter cross-connections). Interactive: mouse drag to rotate ring, hover tooltip showing system name in accent color, click once = activate + pulse burst ring, click active node = navigate to deep-dive page. Touch support. Tooltip injected as a positioned div overlay. Cursor changes to pointer on node hover.

Sigma process polyfill hardened (3 rounds). Round 1: defines window.process + bare process via Object.defineProperty. Round 2: added try/catch layers, env-type guard, bare-process null-check. Round 3 (May 18 follow-up): added var process = window.process; as a top-level var declaration — this is the critical fix: webpack sigma UMD reads the var-scoped process binding at parse time; Object.defineProperty on window does not reliably create this binding in Edge/Chrome. Also added onerror on sigma CDN tag + unpkg fallback + hard init guards.

docs/ICON-PROMPTS.md New

Icon image prompt sheet created. 12 detailed AI render prompts — one per bio-coherence system — with global style spec (photorealistic 3D gold metal, transparent PNG, 256×256px, cinematic lighting). Per-system: object description, material, lighting, composition. Target paths: images/icons/sys-01-dna.png through sys-12-signaling.png. When rendered, SVG fallbacks in bio-coherence.html will be swapped for the raster PNGs.

Info pane now sticky on mouse-off. Previously the right-hand node detail panel cleared immediately when the cursor left a node — unreadable. Fix: clearHover() no longer calls clearNodeInfo() or resetWTM(); pulse highlights reset but panel content persists. Panel updates on hover of a new node. Click empty canvas to explicitly dismiss.

js/content-strings.js Fix

SPLASH_PHRASES array replaced with 8 curated phrases per user request. Removed: "One word. Two universes.", "What you see depends on where you stand.", "Fourteen letters.", and 4 others. Added: "All truth is subjective. Is that absolutely true?" and "The ambiguity is not a bug it is a feature."

admin/email-test.html Fix

Worker reachability test now accepts HTTP 404 as well as 405 — both confirm the Worker is live. Previously showed false failure when Worker returned {"error":"Not found"} on GET to root.

Added "Changes Log ↗" quick-link to site-map.html header (top-right), mirroring the existing "← Home" back link.

Bio-coherence node hover persistence fixed (click-to-lock) · node → bio-sys child page links wired · Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon added to all public pages
⏱ ~20 min article-now-1.html · ~80 public pages

Root cause: The bio-coherence canvas fired clearHover() on mouseleave — so the moment a user moved their mouse to the right detail panel to read, the panel wiped. Impossible to read any node detail.

Fix: Added lockedNode variable. First click on a node locks the panel (dot turns node color, hint text updates). Moving off the canvas no longer clears a locked panel. Second click on the same node enters zoom. Click on empty canvas releases the lock. Zoom exit also clears lock.

Added lockedNode = -1 variable alongside hoveredNode
clearHover() now early-returns if lockedNode >= 0
Click handler: first click = lock + populate; second click on same node = enterZoom; click empty canvas = release lock
exitZoom() sets lockedNode = -1
Lock indicator dot (6px circle) turns node color when locked; hint text updates to "click again to zoom in"

Node → child page links. Each of the 12 nodes now shows a gold "Full Article →" button in the detail panel, linking directly to its bio-sys-XX deep-dive page (opens in new tab). NODE_PAGE[] array maps node index to file path.

Added const NODE_PAGE = [...] — 12 entries, index matches NODES array
_injectDetailChrome(idx) — injects lock hint + deep-link on first call, updates href + label on every call
Deep-link: gold bordered button, <n.lb> — Full Article →, opens in new tab
Called from both showNodeInfo() (hover) and showZoomDetail() (zoom)
js/cf-analytics.js (new) · ~80 public pages New

Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon wired in. Created js/cf-analytics.js — a single-token loader. All public-facing HTML pages (root, bio-sys, visual, interactive, social, rgp-illustrations) now include <script src="…/js/cf-analytics.js">. Admin and tools pages excluded.

Beacon fires once token is set: open dash.cloudflare.com → godisnowhere.org → Analytics → Web Analytics → Add site, copy the token, paste as CF_BEACON_TOKEN in js/cf-analytics.js, deploy.

New file: js/cf-analytics.js — IIFE loader, injects beacon script only when token is not 'REPLACE_ME'
Token lives in one file only — update once, fires everywhere
~80 public pages updated: root articles, explore pages, bio-sys-01–12, bio-coherence, stacks, about, contact, membership, champion, visual pages, interactive, social, rgp-illustrations
Admin/, tools/, pipeline-test.html, qa-check.html excluded

rgp-graph.html sigma TypeError fixed · admin/admin.html full fix: path bug, Chart.js CDN, safeChart() fallback, Worker status banners
⏱ ~35 min rgp-graph.html ↗ · admin/admin.html

Root cause: [email protected] UMD build was compiled by webpack with baked-in process.env.NODE_ENV probes that fire inside the IIFE before any polyfill can be assigned to window.process. Graph stayed stuck at "Initialising renderer…" with TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'process') in sigma.min.js.

Fix: Pinned CDN to [email protected] (last clean UMD build without the webpack polyfill issue). Strengthened the window.process polyfill IIFE to also guard window.global. Added post-load Sigma availability check.

CDN: [email protected] → [email protected] (clean UMD — no baked-in process.env probes)
Polyfill IIFE: now guards window.process, window.process.env, window.process.env.NODE_ENV, and window.global
Added post-load guard: if(typeof Sigma === 'undefined') console.error(...)
Playwright verified: graphology=true | sigma=true | fa2=inline | nodes=101 ✅
admin/admin.html Fix

Multiple bugs diagnosed and fixed. All data tabs were stuck at "Loading…" indefinitely, Chart.js was blocked by Edge Tracking Prevention, and Worker status was invisible on failure.

(1) Path bug: admin/admin.html lives at /admin/admin; calling fetch('tables/page_visits') resolved to /admin/tables/page_visits (404). Fixed with const TABLES_BASE = '../tables' — all fetch calls updated.

(2) Chart.js CDN blocked: cdn.jsdelivr.net is flagged as a tracker by Microsoft Edge Tracking Prevention. Switched to unpkg.com (not flagged).

(3) Infinite hangs: fetchAll() and fetchMembersFromWorker() had no timeouts. Added AbortController with 10s and 8s limits respectively.

(4) Worker status: When the Cloudflare Worker at godisnowhere-email.daniel-k-hedrick.workers.dev is offline, fetchMembersFromWorker() previously returned silently. Now tracks _workerStatus ('ok' | 'down') and injects a status banner in the Subscribers and Members tabs.

Added const TABLES_BASE = '../tables'; all fetch('tables/...') calls replaced with fetch(\`${TABLES_BASE}/...\`)
Chart.js CDN: cdn.jsdelivr.net → unpkg.com/[email protected]/dist/chart.umd.min.js
Added safeChart(canvasId, config) — wraps new Chart(); renders text-table fallback if Chart.js blocked or throws
Replaced all 4 new Chart( calls → safeChart( (pages, inferences, devices, referrers)
fetchAll(): AbortController 10s timeout per page; catches abort error gracefully
fetchMembersFromWorker(): AbortController 8s timeout; sets _workerStatus = 'ok' | 'down'
Added renderWorkerStatus(containerId): gold warning banner if Worker offline, green confirmation if online
Fixed markRead() + deleteMsg() hardcoded tables/ prefix → ${TABLES_BASE}/
Fixed data import loop tables/${tableName} → ${TABLES_BASE}/${tableName}
Playwright verified: zero logic crashes; safeChart() fallback fires cleanly ✅

Coherence slider engine fixed in article-now-1b.html · bio-sys-01–12 audited (all functional) · cascade warnings + per-card status badges added
⏱ ~30 min article-now-1b.html ↗ · bio-sys-01–12 (read-only audit)

Root cause diagnosed and fixed: 48 <input type="range" class="cs-slider"> elements had full data-sys/metric/default/inverted attributes but the updateSliderTrack() function used getComputedStyle(slider).getPropertyValue('--cs-color') — which returns empty for inline-style custom properties on <input> in Chromium. Additionally, setting .style.background on a range input is overridden by ::-webkit-slider-runnable-track.

Fix: Replaced the broken background gradient approach with a ::before pseudo-element on .cs-slider-wrap driven by --slider-pct / --slider-color CSS custom properties set via wrap.style.setProperty(). Track fill is now reliable cross-browser.

CSS: .cs-slider-wrap::before track fill overlay (z-index:0, behind thumb)
CSS: ::-webkit-slider-runnable-track set to background:transparent
JS: getSliderColor() now uses slider.style.getPropertyValue('--cs-color')
JS: updateSliderTrack() sets --slider-pct + --slider-color on wrapper element
JS: getSliderDeg() — degradation 0–100 per slider, accounting for inverted metrics
JS: Track colour shifts green → gold → orange → red as degradation increases

Cascade warning system added. When any system degrades below 40% health, a .cs-cascade-warn block slides in on that card with a specific explanation of what fails downstream — cross-system dependencies named explicitly (e.g. Error Correction offline → Eigen's Error Catastrophe → genome degrades in ~40 generations).

12 cascade warning data objects — one per system — with named downstream dependencies
CSS: .cs-cascade-warn, .warn-visible, @keyframes warn-slide-in
CSS: .cs-card-status badge — green/warn/critical with pulse animation at critical
CSS: .cs-card.card-snapback shake animation when crossing critical threshold
Banner: zones .banner-warn / .banner-critical with pulsing glow
Banner: bar gradient shifts gold → orange → red as global score drops
bio-sys-01–12 (audit) Verified ✓

All 12 bio-sys-*.html pages audited for slider functionality. All are fully wired — each has addEventListener('input', update) on 4 sliders, a live score panel, and contextual consequence text. No action required.

Bug Fix: rgp-graph.html — Graph Never Rendered

1 file
⚠
Root Cause: ForceAtlas2 CDN UMD bundle crashed before registering global
graphology-layout-forceatlas2 UMD bundle (both v0.9.2 and v0.10.3) threw Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'process') at parse time — before the global window.ForceAtlas2 was ever registered. The _fa2 alias therefore resolved to an empty { assign: () => {} } stub. Result: 0 layout iterations. 101 nodes stacked invisibly at circular seed coordinates. The graph canvas was present and Sigma loaded; the layout simply never ran.

Three-part fix: (1) FA2 CDN <script> tag removed entirely. (2) window.process polyfill added before all CDN scripts: window.process = window.process || { env: { NODE_ENV: 'production' } }. (3) Replaced _fa2 alias block with an inline pure-JS spring/repulsion force-directed layout implementing the same assign(graph, opts) API — 80 iterations at init, batched RAF iterations on "Run Layout" button. Playwright diagnostic confirms: fa2=inline | nodes= 101. No JS logic errors. Graph renders on live site.

Bug Fixes

2 fixes
⚠️
Hero cycler used wrong image IDs in visual/fine-tuning.html
The CSS hero crossfader, 4-panel image strip, and JS preload array all referenced stale placeholder IDs instead of the user-supplied variants.

Wrong: l7ulUKbJ → LBVthM81 → Y4Xbinw3 → 07LXlfdJ
Fixed: wPqULKvR → ihUuACAW → lLQquDh8 → 6NcsDdKU

9 occurrences replaced across 3 code sections (hero divs, img tags, JS preload array).
🔗
Dead navigation link: mosaic-no-2.html in topic-graph.js
MOSAIC_MAP['no-2'] pointed to mosaic-no-2.html which does not exist, causing a 404 when the graph node was clicked.

Fix: Entry removed from map and replaced with comment noting the page is not yet built. The now-2 node was re-routed to visual/fine-tuning.html as a relevant destination.
